The Adam Parsons Group is amazing! We helped our elderly mother sell her house through the Adam Parsons Group. We wanted a quick sale and a strong price in a down market. Adam recommended and Sierra facilitated of hiring and managing a contractor and a stager to make some relatively easy, inexpensive changes that made the house significantly more appealing. Adam and Sierra produced a fabulous video tour and print ad. They suggested a reasonable and appealing list price based on their market research. They held Saturday and Sunday open houses the weekend after the listing went live that got 80 visitors. During that weekend and the following 2 days there were 16 private showings that led to multiple offers. They worked with the prospective buyers to land on an offer that was above asking and with a one month closing. We were extremely happy with the result.
